Pop quiz:

How do you know that Suzuki never expected their SV650 to be used as a touring bike for a cross-continental road trip?

1. The seat. I have a backside that can attest to the fact that no one expected more than a couple of hundred miles on that seat.

2. The trip odometer resets at 10,000 miles! We rolled up to our 9999.9 mile mark in central South Dakota yesterday ready for a photo with the big 1-0... and instead it went right back to zero!

Oh well, we know we did it!
